potluck list for 8/09/09

As the crystal ball has told me we will be running game at the lovely Nicoles place this sunday. First we will be meeting up at hobbytown before game proply @ 12:00.

This means that people will be following the house rules of bring your own chair or sit on the floor, no shoes inside the house, out by dark, keep volume to a reasonable level, and try to bring something for everyone as far as food/drink. Below is a semi-psudo-quasi-list of some of the things we feel might be appropriate:



chairs
drinks
soda and other things, (no adult beverages)
food
(if food is unwelcome by certain guests there is the option of other food elsewhere)


If you plan on bringing something please reply to this with what and whom.

speaking of....

does anyone have a problem with the following ingredients???
pasta
miracle whip
cheddar cheese
green onion
black olives
shrimp
...umm, i think that was all i can think of for right now. i can make an alternate that has no onion and shrimp (cuz stefan doesn't like those) but i only want to do one alternate if possible. still, let me know if this sounds ok.

Given that Freddie, Frank, Viktor(RIP), Vladmir(RIP), and every other identity crammed into my psyche has eaten things that would make a billy goat puke, I can eat just about anything; however, that being said, I am probably going to bring something quasi-healthy like a fruit dish and something tasty like my wife's chocolate cake.

speaking of my wife's chocolate cake, does anyone have an objection/allergy to peanut butter; she hinted that she might make peanut butter frosting for the cake

Ooo, those sound fantastic. I love shrimp...and cake...and fruit

to tell you the truth, i've had WAY too much peanut butter recently as that is the emergency "survive the galley on the crappiest days" tactic. normally i wouldn't be adversed to it but i would kind of like a break from the pb.
